Our product warranties

Our 10-Year Limited Warranties address Buildings LESS than 5 stories, and low-rise multi-family residential buildings LESS than 6 Stories, or Buildings GREATER than 4 Stories. k8ÓéÀÖ offers you a choice between a Product-Only warranty or Product and Labor warranty. Commercial structures

For Commercial Structures, the warranties offered to general contractors, professional installers, and owners, as applicable, include k8ÓéÀÖ? Tyvek? Building Wraps, k8ÓéÀÖ? Tyvek? Fluid Applied Products, k8ÓéÀÖ? Thermal Products, and k8ÓéÀÖ? Flashing Systems Products as well as the opportunity to choose either a Product-Only limited warranty or a Product and Labor limited warranty.  The k8ÓéÀÖ Commercial Wall2 System Warranties are available for projects utilizing air, water, and thermal combination of products to offer an enhanced warranty.  For Multi-Family and Commercial Structures, the Product and Labor Warranty requires the project undergo the Registration and Observation process. 

The Project Registration process is performed by one of our k8ÓéÀÖ? Tyvek? Specialists or an authorized k8ÓéÀÖ Representative.  This interaction with our Specialist or k8ÓéÀÖ Representative will also provide you with the opportunity to get answers to any k8ÓéÀÖ weatherization or thermal product installation questions that you may have.

A k8ÓéÀÖ Representative Observation is performed by one of our k8ÓéÀÖ? Tyvek? Specialists or an authorized k8ÓéÀÖ Representative. These k8ÓéÀÖ Representative Observations can be recommended or required by the warranty conditions, and include a pre-construction site meeting with installing contractor,  field training of the installer, review of the applicable Installation Guidelines, and provide general field installation observations to reinforce the Installation Guidelines.

Residential structures

For residential structures, the warranties offered to builders, general contractors and professional installers include k8ÓéÀÖ? Tyvek? building wraps and k8ÓéÀÖ? Flashing Systems as well as the opportunity to choose either a Product-Only limited warranty or a Product and Labor limited warranty.
