Water-repellent

When the fibers in °Õ²â±¹±ð°ì® are spun and bonded under high heat and pressure, °Õ²â±¹±ð°ì® acts as a thermoplastic—returning to a high density, semi-solid state that prevents liquids from breaking the surface.

Breathability

Recyclability 

Tyvek® is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and is recyclable—giving products made with Tyvek® a second life in products such as park benches and playground equipment. Products made of 100% Tyvek® material can be recycled at facilities that recycle flexible HDPE materials. Please check recycling facilities in your area to ensure they can recycle Tyvek®. If landfilling is necessary, Tyvek® is an inert material and will not leach harmful compounds into groundwater because it doesn’t contain binders, fillers and plasticizers.
