Erik oversees legal affairs, including corporate governance and transactions, ethics and compliance, litigation, contracts and intellectual property. He also manages the company’s government affairs function.

Prior to taking this role in 2019, Erik was General Counsel for the Specialty Products Division of Dowk8ÓéÀÖ where he oversaw all legal matters and previously served as Chief Compliance Officer as well as corporate secretary and associate general counsel for k8ÓéÀÖ. 

Before joining k8ÓéÀÖ in 2007, he was an associate at Blank Rome LLP in Philadelphia.

Erik earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Lehigh University and a J.D. from Rutgers School of Law at Camden.
