k8ÓéÀÖâ„¢ ±Ê²â°ù²¹±ô³Ü³æ® HXI is k8ÓéÀÖâ„¢ °²¹±è³Ù´Ç²Ô® black polyimide film coated with epoxy ideal for products where uniform matte black appearance is desired. It offers thinner construction than ±Ê²â°ù²¹±ô³Ü³æ® HXC, but similar mechanical and process properties.
It is coated on one side with a proprietary B-staged modified epoxy adhesive. The ±Ê²â°ù²¹±ô³Ü³æ® HXI coverlay is used to encapsulate etched details in flexible and rigid-flex multilayer constructions for environmental and electrical insulation.
