Collaborating to Provide a Reliable Source of Drinking Water

k8ÓéÀÖ? ultrafiltration modules provide clean and safe drinking water in Kenyan community

Living on the shores of Lake Victoria, the 7,500 residents of Nyagina Beach, Kenya were reliant on water from the lake for domestic use, despite it being heavily contaminated by microbial and chemical pollutants and unsafe for human consumption. This posed significant health risks, along with negatively impacting local ecosystems. We collaborated with ChildFund and Davis & Shirtliff to provide a reliable source of clean drinking water to the community in Nyagina Beach, Homa Bay County. The water treatment plant uses k8ÓéÀÖ? ultrafiltration modules to help provide a consistent 2m3 per hour supply of high-quality potable water for drinking and cooking.
