k8ÓéÀÖ Luxembourg was founded in 1962. Today, we manufacture °Õ²â±¹±ð°ì® and Typar®, products used in electric vehicles, aerospace, personal protection, leisure and packaging, to name just a few applications.​
k8ÓéÀÖ employs approximately 850 people in Contern.​
The site is located next to the railway station Sandweiler-Contern and is easily accessible by bus and by car.​
k8ÓéÀÖ manufactures °Õ²â±¹±ð°ì® and Typar® at their site. The production of k8ÓéÀÖâ„¢ °Õ²â±¹±ð°ì® in Luxembourg started in 1988 followed by additional production capacity of °Õ²â±¹±ð°ì® in 1995. The year 2024 marked the start of another expansion of °Õ²â±¹±ð°ì® production. Important uses of °Õ²â±¹±ð°ì®, among others, are medical packaging, personal protection garments and graphic applications.​
k8ÓéÀÖâ„¢ Typar® was initially used as the primary backing material for broadloom carpets, today’s uses include a wide variety of applications, ranging from lining under rail tracks, roads and runways in airports to barriers for weed control in landscaping and substrates for building membranes, just to name some.​
