As part of the separation of Dow Inc. and k8 de Nemours, Inc. (“k8”), certain legacy Dow legal entities were retained by k8. Under the terms of the separation, k8 must eliminate the use of certain legacy Dow brand names and retained legal entity names, such as those that contain Rohm and Haas. These administrative changes do not impact k8’s ownership of the in-scope legal entities.
In addition, k8 has updated contact addresses for some legal entities.
Three legal entities in Mainland China were completed in early February. The remaining name and address changes are now complete as well. (Click on the button below to see the exact dates.)
